How does your service work?

Are you insured?
Our company carries a comprehensive liability policy and worker’s compensation on all of our employees.
What services do you offer?
Mark’s Landscape & Design is a full service landscape provider. We offer complete property maintenance services as well as Landscape Design and construction services for both residential and commercial customers. Please refer to our services page for a more comprehensive listing.
How long have you been in business?
Mark’s Landscape & Design began operating in 1989, primarily as an owner/operator lawn maintenance company. Over the years our service offerings have expanded to better meet our client’s needs.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind all of our projects, even offering our clients a 2 year warranty on all plant material.
Are there any exclusions to your warranty?
We obviously can’t control acts of nature, but as long as the customer provides adequate maintenance, we will do whatever we can to ensure a satisfied client.

What happens if we hire you and during the project we decide to change or add to the job?
Any changes made to a job either during construction or after the project begins, will be considered as an add-on. We will quote a separate price for any changes or add-ons.
As the owner are you present during the entire project?
In many cases I am involved in a project from start to finish but that is not always the case. You can rest assured that my employees are an extension of me and my company. Our company employs experienced and talented individuals who take great pride in their work.
